Standard Rate:

• The cancellation before 7 days prior to the date of arrival, we charge you 50% of the room rate as a cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room more.
• The cancellation after 7 Days than 80% cancellation fee will be applied and before 24 Hours it will charge 100%

Group booking (2 rooms and more):

• Guests booking 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If canceled or modified up to 15 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90% of the reservation will be charged.

Guest Photo ID Proof

• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
